Hotel Le Boulevard

I love to go to the beach after la biennale in summer when is really hot in Venice. The hotel is located 300 mts from vaporetto station, so in 15 minutes you are at giardini or San Marco. It has the charming of the hotels of other era. Very clean, super nice personal and excellent price-quality relation. lido is a very nice to stay, with more local flavor and air.

The staffs are really friendly and helpful and the location is amazing. It around 3 mins walk to the port where have direct bus boat to main island. It actually less walking to many places on the main island compare to live directly on the middle of main island where you have to walk a lot to tourism sightseeings. It also close to lido beach, around 10 mins walking.

Laid-back seaside resort just opposite Venice. Good escape from all the tourists and the hustle and bustle of Venice, Excellent location with 150 meters to the ferry with direct access to Venice, Burano and Marco Polo airport. Promenade along the sea is situated by the hotel, as well as several restaurants, cafes, shops and a supermarket. English breakfast with scrambled eggs and the customary croissants and cakes. Recommend buying a 2 or 3-day pass with the ferry company to have free access to Venice and the islands. The room was cleaned every day even though we left quite late.

Great room: clean, freshly renovated. I like the design and the size was comfortable The looks of hotel are great. Inside there are many art pieces, arm chairs. Old-stylish but really cool. Good wifi, lots of channels Location is great – 5 minutes from the ferry. Around 15 minutes by foot to the free beach. Or around 6-8 minutes by foot to the paid beach. There are many cafes and restaurants. ATM is right around the corner Free beach is good: it is huge, the sand is clean. In the morning (till ~11) there are just few people Breakfast is good. Everything one needs: bread, croissants, cheese and bacon, yogurt, fruit, pies. I missed vegetables. It was almost the same each day – could be a bit better Stuff is friendly and helpful. On the last day we departed early, at 6:00. The day before we had asked for a breakfast "to go" and it was really good!

Great service, location, wi-fi. Breakfast was OK, so if it is not in your package you’d get more variety outside. AC worked well, nice bathroom, kettle and cups, shampoo and soap provided. I got a room bigger than I signed up for. Can leave your bags in the lobby after you check out. A big grocery just 1 min away. Vaporetto hub for all Venice destinations 5 min walk. Paid and free beaches about 10 to 20 min walk. Overall it’s a nice old style hotel, some things look renovated (like bathroom), others outdated but not shabby. They occasionally offer discounts on booking, with a discount it’s a great choice
